Our Approach
What to Expect After You Contact Us
We understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Here’s what you can expect once you submit the form or call our office.
1.
Review of Your Inquiry
A member of our team will review the information you share to understand what you are looking for and which program might be the right fit. This first review helps us route your inquiry to the right person on our team.
2.
Follow-Up Communication
Someone from our team will reach out to talk through your questions, walk you through eligibility, and help you understand which service might be the right fit. The first conversation is informational. There is no obligation to move forward.
3.
Assessment Scheduling
If we agree that one of our services is the right fit, we will schedule a clinical assessment. The assessment is more in-depth and allows our team to develop a plan that fits each person's specific needs and goals.
4.
Services Begin
Once the assessment is complete and a plan is in place, services start. From the first day forward, our team works alongside you to make progress on the goals you set together.
Ready to Take the First Step?
